These 18 original paintings all feature Hawker Hurricane aircraft during the dramatic events of the 18th August 1940.This day was to become known as ‘The Hardest Day’ in the Battle of Britain as both sides suffered the highest combat losses of the Battle on this day.
Painted to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of this remarkable day and the Battle of Britain, most of these paintings are now fully dried, varnished and available for purchase to aviation art enthusiasts and collectors alike.
