All data I take will be stored securely.

No data I collect from you will be released to third parties, except as necessary under UK law (e.g. for tax and accounting purposes).

The only data I normally collect from you will be your name and contact details (address, telephone and email address), which will be stored with a record of the painting you have purchased. I store this to keep a record of the purchasers of my original paintings.

I may use this information to occasionally contact you if I think there are particular paintings, offers or relevant news that you may be interested in. I will not bombard you with emails or catalogues. Should you not wish to be contacted in this way, please contact me.

E-mail addresses used for other communications, such as ordinary correspondence, requests for more information, or to submit comments for the website will only be used in connection with the relevant correspondence and will not be used for mailing lists etc.

I will not normally collect any bank information from you. The only exception to this will be if I need to process a BACS refund to you, in which case I will only collect your account name and sort code as required to process the transaction.
