Delivery Information
General:
I pack and dispatch all items myself. I take great care in packing and sending, and do my utmost to ensure that items will arrive with you when expected and in perfect condition.
Products are usually sold and despatched within the UK and P&P prices stated on the website are for delivery to UK mainland unless stated otherwise. I will look in to requests to ship abroad on an individual basis.
Products will be dispatched once payment is received and cleared.
Original Paintings:
I aim to dispatch paintings within 2-3 working days of cleared payment.
The prices shown displayed for the paintings include all costs except for postage and packaging.
I use a three tier system for postage and packaging costs: Small, Medium and Large. The category which each painting comes under is shown with the painting. Current postage and packaging rates for UK Mainland are:
Small: £15
Medium: £30
Large: £50
Oversize: contact me for a quote
Delivery of original paintings will usually be by an appropriately insured fast, special delivery mail or courier service, usually with Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
I will advise you of the expected timescale for your delivery.
If you want a painting delivered in time for a specific date, such as an Anniversary or Birthday, please contact me directly and I will do my best to see if this can be achieved for you and any additional delivery charges that may be necessary.

The postage and packing costs will be shown in the shopping cart online as you add items to it.

Greeting Cards and Calendars:
In order to try to keep ensuring reliable delivery within the estimated timescale, we are currently using Royal Mail’s tracked services for our greetings card orders.
I aim to dispatch greetings cards and calendars within 1 working day of cleared payment by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Please email me if you would need your order faster and I can upgrade this to Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service and advise you of the extra delivery cost.
Our delivery charge for cards and calendars for orders up to £21.00 in value is the exact cost of the Royal Mail’s postage. To get the best value out of your tracked you may want to consider buying more than one card- you can buy up to 7 individual cards and the postage cost doesn't change!
Prints:
Prints are produced in small batches. I normally have one copy of each print available for immediate dispatch within 2-3 days. Should you order multiple copies of the same print, these will be printed on demand and may be dispatched direct from the printer to you. This may take up to 14 days.
