Purchase of Original Paintings:

I’ll be more than happy to chat about your interest and requirements, with no obligation.
If the painting is ready and you are happy to go ahead with the purchase, I will ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and payment method. I will then email you with an invoice to confirm the order.
I accept payment by BACs, cheque, PayPal and credit/ debit cards via PayPal.
Once payment has been received and cleared, items will be dispatched as described in my Delivery information.
I like to get in touch with my customers after the expected arrival of the painting, to check that they have received it safely and that they are completely happy with their purchase.
Please Note:
In order to offer a good range of paintings to customers, some paintings advertised on the website may not yet be ready for dispatch. Oil paintings can take a long time to dry prior to being varnished and despite being artistically complete, may require ‘oiling up’ as well as varnishing to preserve their longevity and appearance.
If you contact me to order a painting that is not yet ready for dispatch, I will advise you of the estimated timescale for completion of these processes. If you are interested in waiting for the completed work, I will take your name, address, phone number and email address, and contact you when the work is ready.
For clarification, it is not possible to purchase my original paintings through my online shop.
Purchase of Other Products (e.g. prints, greetings cards, calendars):
My related art products can be purchased through my online shop or, if you prefer, through direct contact with me (Tel: 01558 685935 and E-mail: conway@conwayrowlandfineart.co.uk).

Payment is made through the online checkout via PayPal or credit/debit cards via PayPal.
Standard delivery is Royal Mail second class. If you would like your order sent first class, please contact me directly.
Orders received via telephone or email –
I will send you an invoice, with details for payment via BACS, cheque, PayPal, and credit/debit cards (via PayPal) as per your choice. I will ask for your name, address, phone number and email address for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Standard delivery is Royal Mail second class. If you would like your order sent first class, please let me know when you confirm your order.
Once payment has been received items will be dispatched as described in my Delivery information.

The prices shown on the website includes all costs except for postage and packaging.

For your security, please note -
I will never ask for any of your bank details as part of the order process. I would only ever ask for your sort code and account number as part of a returns process, if necessary.
All debit/credit card payments are made through PayPal, and not directly with me.
