My aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and for my paintings and products to bring pleasure to people.
The following information is intended to help you understand the purchase process, and to ensure that all transactions are conducted in line with the relevant UK laws. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

I sell my own original fine artwork, mainly water based oil paintings. Medium, approximate size and surface is described with the picture of each work on the website. (Exact sizes are available on request.)
Only paintings shown in gallery sections of the website with a price are for sale.
Purchase is of the unique, original artwork. I retain all copyright on the artwork.
The paintings are usually photographed for the website before varnishing, as the gloss of the varnish makes it harder to obtain a good photograph without glare.
The painting will appear slightly different once varnished. I use a high quality varnish that usually creates a gentle gloss finish. The finish can vary slightly across the surface, where the structure of the paint changes in different areas of the painting.
I mark any works as sold as soon as possible, but as items are one off unique pieces, I cannot guarantee their availability.
I also sell quality products such as professionally printed greetings cards and calendars using images of my artwork.
I endeavour to ensure that items advertised as available are in stock, but this cannot be guaranteed.
I do my best to ensure that all pricing shown on the website is correct. There is a possibility that errors may occur in this. If this should happen, I will of course inform you so that you can decide whether or not you would like to proceed with the order.
